This time last year, MTV told you who were the hottest mc's in the game were. This time last year, a lot of rappers got their feelings hurt. It's about that time again this year, and better believe the hip hop world will be watching closely.

Dear MTV,

If I see Soulja Boy, Shawty Lo, or Hurricane Chris on that damn list I swear I will take the 4 train to MTV studios and cut one of Sway's dreads off.
